I called Frontline Plumbing regarding an underground leak on my property resulting in high water bills. He assured me that he could find the source of the leak and repair it. After poking the ground, he claimed he found the leak which was very close to the house. This resulted in replacing the pvc in the house near the main valve. When he finished, I asked to see the meter to make sure the leak was fixed. He claimed he turned the water meter on but it was blank and NOT reading anything. The truth is did not want me to see that meter was still flashing which indicated water was still leaking. I later discovered that the piping inside the house shakes violently when water is turned on in the house. When I called him regarding this, he started blaming the problem on high pressure, no expansion valve on my hot water tank and need for a new pressure relief valve. He refused to correct the problem. I should have known something was wrong when he kept asking me to go inside the house to get things such as a shovel, water, towel, vaseline, turn the water on, turn the water off etc. He also kept asking a lot of personal questions. As of now, I'm out of money and still have a major water leak. Beware, this man is deceitful and definitely not trustworthy. He is sloppy, incompetent and spends more time talking about his skills than doing the work.
