Poor craftsmanship. Hired these people to install a 200 amp service. Was quoted a price for materials, labor, and permit/inspection. They finished the job and left me to pick up a permit and inspection that they claim to get. I found out when called the power co. and they had no information of this. They said they did not receive notice or issued a DR Number (?). I bough the permit and had it inspected. It failed. They did not bond the water pipe, jump the water mete, bond the gas line, install 2 ground rods and wire, installed the panel for the meter at the wrong height, and didn't strap the wire correctly. Also, no new AFCI Breakers were installed.

I called the people and was received with rudeness. Stating to me by the owner, the work is done and completed. They will not fix anything because it was done according to code and that's how they do upgrades. Charged me $8500 for this. Had to call someone else to fix it right. He found more things wrong and had to redo the whole thing. He got all the stuff and finished in 2 days. It passed inspection and the power co came out the next day to hook up.

What he found: Used meter panel, no anti-corrosion on wire, weather head was the wrong size, and the panel box was not correct amp size. They used a 125 amp panel.
