I had a microwave replacement installed by this company, and they did a horrible job! They did not even install the new aluminum duct that came with the new microwave because it required a bit of additional work. So instead of doing it the right way and making the existing duct larger, so it could align with the new microwave, they left the aluminum duct floating around in my sunroom, and just stuck the microwave up on the wall and left it that way. The exhaust when cooking streams throughout the house, not only making it hot but the exhaust from cooking naturally smells and it's very hard to get out of the house.
They definitely got the best of me on this one! Mike does not return my calls, and obviously will not be doing the right thing here. Don't be the next person to fall for this guy's BS, he seemed very nice, and in fact, we were considering giving them a substantially larger job. Thank God we didn't! I can't even imagine having this type of company take the roof off my house to renovate the second floor. Saved myself a potential disaster! Don't say you weren't warned! Read the Reviews! Not just the ones posted by Mike! If he just would have returned my calls, this review would not exist. What a shame. -

Horrible customer service after an ever worse painting job. Hired to paint the entire house and Mike was here day one and then disappeared. Could have done a better job myself. Had to hire someone to come in afterwards to fix what wasn't done, or done poorly. A one week job turned into multiple, and multiple calls to get the crew back to even finish. Will NEVER recommend or use again. Avoid at all costs.
