U Name It Construction

We needed another bedroom for our growing family. U Name It construction was able to take extra space that we had, and create a one. They provided us with an accurate estimate, and timeline. It was a good experience, and we highly recommend Them. They finished the project on time, and on budget.

They renovated a bathroom for us that used to be a laundry room. Relocated the shower, toilet, and vanity and all the plumbing to go with it! Big project and they made it simple! Easy to work with, and polite and respectful.

We had the opportunity to watch U Name It Construction in action as they worked completely renovating the house next door. So, when we needed the front porch floor of our 100+ year old house replaced, we called Jarrod, who helped us choose the best material for the job. We opted to have pillars and railings replaced also.
We were notified of their starting date, which had to be be delayed through no fault of theirs, because of a 5 day long power failure. Starting day rescheduled, the crew arrived when they said they would. Jarrod and his crew are friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and talented. They know how to work around the problems of old houses where nothing is square. They set up a caution-taped work area as they had to prop the porch roof. We were very pleased with the progress they made each day and the care they put into their work. At the close of work each day, they were meticulous in cleaning up the work area. The result was a beautiful new porch! We couldn’t be more pleased. They even returned the next work day to trim the height of our porch railing posts to our liking.
The crew works well together, they don’t smoke while they’re working and.we didn’t hear any cursing. U Name It Construction is the best, in our opinion.

hired them to build railings and steps on my backyard decks picked up a check for $900.00 worked 2 days never came back, will not answer calls

My badly-deteriorated elevated wooded deck needed new flooring, a doubling of all existing floor joists, new concrete pads to stabilize existing posts, etc. Joe at U-Name-Construction discussed alternatives and worked with me throughout the project to make sure all was proceeding according to plan. The price was fair, with no unpleasant surprises along the way. U-Name-It got to work quickly, finishing the job before cold weather set in here in Omaha. In fact, the deck and its reinforced posts and pads has performed well despite our recent plunge down to minus 13 degrees Fahrenheit. The three-man crew which performed the work knew their business and were a pleasure to have on the property each day. Finish work and clean up were excellent, just as promised. I would hire U-Name-It Construction again in the future.

Storm hit our house knocking tree over onto our house.. it hit so hard that it pulled the electrical wires out of the panel. We were with out power for only 1 day because they had Crews there in 2 hours and repaired. It was OPPD that didn't have it hooked back up. Faster than oppd !! That's pretty good in my book!! Anyway the Insurance company want to pay to replace 1 side of my homes Siding. When it came time to order the siding we found out they no longer make it. U Name It Construction found the supporting documentation in our insurance policy and got them to pay to reside the entire house AND gutters. AND THE BEST PART IS .... ALL I PAID $500 OF MY $2500 DEDUCTIBLE because U Name It Construction had a coupon that I didn't even know of and let us redeem it!! Customer Satisfaction and Services AND Quality Craftsmanship at its BEST!! Thank you to Jarrod and the guys at U Name It Construction

We had a bad hail storm come through our part of town, and with the damage we needed the roof repaired. Not only the roof, but the gutters were trashed and so was the siding. We had no idea that those needed replaced as well and we were covered for it. U Name It Construction is who i will call from now on to make sure my house is always taken care of!

we had U Name it Construction remodel our investment house and could not be happier with the work they did!! we have had other contractors in the past and this by far was our best experience !!
