Ubuildit is an absolute scam and con job. I hired Robert Raditz in Greenville SC. Never at the job site and the estimate was a joke (under by 40%). He had no clue and only showed up when it was time to get a paid. If you read their contract they have no responsibility or obligation to do anything. Not responsible for the estimate, not responsible for overseeing contractors, no specification for how often he is onsite, no specification on how available he will we for communication/consulting . . And this at between $500 and $1000 a week depending on the size of your house. Robert vastly underestimated the cost of the house clearly because of a lack of attention to detail . . And more interest ingetting his commission vs doing his job. I fired him after getting about 25% into the project. Best decision i ever made. Call me at 8036340535 before you work with this outfit . . Ill save you some grief.

Do NOT use UBuildit-Greenville. Robert Raditz is the sole owner and while he a very good talker, that is all there is. No substance. He never studied the blueprint, never brought a tape. Showed lack of interest on critical decisions. If I wasn't on site all the time being proactive, then the construction would of been a disaster. Look over the contract, it is VERY front loaded and does not give him any responsibility or liability. Robert has been in court a lot of times (public records) so he knows how to word a contract to protect himself. He does not protect you and the interest in your build. Also, if you look at his pricing vs a full on builder, he isn't even cost effective. He will say there is pricing power in subs but that is UNTRUE. Better to negotiate a cost plus 10% model with another builder that is ACTUALLY pulling the permit and has skin in the game building the home.
Highly NOT recommend using UBuildit-Greenville. Don't make this mistake and sign with them, you will regret it and fork over a lot of money or be dragged in court to pay.
