Contracted Uceda through rep Micah Simmons at Ontario Home show in 2017. They installed a front walkway and front and rear patio areas. Less than a year later areas of the rear patio began to slope. It took months to get Micah to respond to texts and calls. In Aug 2018 it was repaired. In Jan 2019 the same area began to sink. Micah responded in Jan that he would come assess the problem. It is now April and he has yet to visit

Be prepared to wait and be disappointed if you go with Uceda Paving. Extremely poor communication and customer relations and they’re unaccountable. Sole ownership of this business is Jessie Uceda. License #953108. No website.
Micah Simmons handles all the residential jobs and over promises and under delivers. My $20,000 project was for pavers, decorative rock, irrigation and grass. It was to be completed in a few weeks but he left the completion date blank on the contract and neglected my job after receiving most all my incremental payments. Kept saying he was really busy and the deadlines he gave came and went and he left me hanging, to the point of tears. Finally, after much pleading, he finished it in 2 months.
A month after completion I contacted Micah to come back out to correct something he had cut corners on and not installed properly. He ignored all my numerous calls and texts and so did Jessie Uceda. They had been paid in full and they totally ignored me for 5 months. I finally got through to Micah by using a friend's phone where he didn't recognize the number. He gave no explanation for having ghosted me when I asked. He agreed to fix the problem but then no-showed me twice. His texts became petty, very egotistical and argumentative. When he eventually came out he completed the work in about 2 hours.
Micah was slick and a smooth talker. He kept on taking more and more new projects while existing customers like me wait for completion because he’s after down payment money from new business.
The pavers and their installation has been good so far but the new grass, irrigation and edging around the decorative rocks island was very disappointing. He has trouble with irrigation systems and it took him almost the whole duration of the project to configure the PVC piping and valves correctly.
I’m having the irrigation and grass replaced by a professional landscaper. If problems develop with the pavers while they are under warranty, I will contact a different company. I cannot in good conscience recommend this one.
