Nate Ulman went above and beyond what he had to do. Extremely customer oriented & was beyond patient with me. He and his crew were neat, quick and courtesy. They replaced the roof on my house, garage and replaced 2 awnings along with miscellaneous work. When finished, they walked around and picked up every nail and piece of shingle that was not caught on the tarps, not just in my yard but they checked my neighbors as well. I am beyond happy with the work and will have a contractor for life.

I had the roof & siding done on my garage. After clearing up some issues regarding the scope of the job (which wasn't going to include trim work), Nate took care of the problem and everything was covered. That being said, the finish work on the trim left a lot to be desired and unfortunately turned a great experience into a rather poor one. Since Nate worked with me on resolving the issues, I was going to skip the review however, I finally was able to inspect the roof from inside the garage (I'm disabled) and I can now see where there was rotted wood that was left on or partially ripped off and then just roofed over. I told their project foreman at the start to replace any rotted wood with the understanding that I would pay for the extra material/labor. I can only say that I was extremely pleased at the start of the project only to be very disappointed upon closer inspection.
