Bruno and his crew painted the interior of my home – they went above and beyond to deliver a superior paint job under short time constraints and I was so impressed with their skill level, knowledge and professionalism.
Bruno listened carefully to my needs and provided sound advice and guidance – it was a true consultation, which is exactly what I wanted. I was able to leave it all in Bruno’s capable hands without ever having to repeat myself or oversee the project – an all-too-rare pleasure these days!
I didn’t move in until after the painting was complete, but I stopped by after work a couple of times mid-project and was amazed at how neat and tidy everything was left at the end of each day. I expected my place would be in order at the end of the project, but in the midst of it? A clear indication of the amount of care and consideration that goes into their work.
Bruno happily satisfied a couple of my last-minute requests, and once or twice when I had only a very slight preference on how something was handled, even though I told Bruno to do whatever was easiest for them he insisted on accommodating my first choice. For example, I had neglected to tell him what color I wanted to repaint a yellow ceiling in a small bathroom. My slight preference was white, but would have been just fine with the red that was going on the walls if it was easier. His exact response was, "We will do the white if that is what you prefer. We do whatever makes you happy," and he MEANS it!
Ulta Home Improvements is one of those rare gems where you get first-rate service and results at a reasonable cost. I would definitely hire them again – it was a phenomenal experience all around and I couldn’t be happier in my new home!
