Didn't do my homework so hopefully I can help some others. Contracted them in Oct 2020 and only read Google reviews (which were positive). Started work in December 2020 and stopped communicating and showing up in May 2020 (pool was supposed to be completed in March) and we were left with a big ugly concrete hole with uneven benches and outputs. Only until we threatened law suit did we start to hear a response. Every bit of communication included excuses after excuses of why commitments weren't met. We attempted to have other pool companies come in and finish the pool. No company was willing to touch it due to the poor workmanship that was done on the pool. Luckily my husband is very resourceful and actually has work ethic. He went in and had to remove all the tile and flagstone and reset it (wasn't straight and come to find out wasn't water proofed/sealed when originally put on. My husband went on to repair/redo enough of the mistakes, order and install all of the pool equipment that we were finally able to have a real pool company come out and plaster the pool. So April 2022 we finally have our pool, but not because of this company. Robert Werling, who is the owner of this company (with his wife), agreed to pay us 15k, even though he owes us double that for the work that had yet to be completed. We saw 2400 of that and the excuses started again. Every single communication is filled with them. If they were valid excuses then this man has the worst luck and should not be continuing to run the business. And per his excuses should not be able to even have the ability to continue the business. I'm surprised to see them still in operation and actively advertising to scam people out of their money and leave them with nothing but a mess. Do you're homework and research this company and you will find numerous complaints that are very similar to mine. Also look into Robert Werling and you will see the numerous people he has scammed and left their backyards looking depressing and costing thousands of dollars to resolve his mistakes. All i have to say is try to keep most of your communication in writing because luckily we have enough in our texts that our attorney is moving forward with suit. While I would really appreciate to have the money he agrees to return....my main goal is to prevent him and this company from continuing to do this to others.
