Dave Auerbeck didn't complete our project. First, they didn't finish the prep work that needed to be done. Second, he would not return phone calls or answer questions. Third, when we asked him something he got defensive. I'm sorry if I'm paying almost $5,000 for this you should answer your clients questions. Fourth, they rushed through the spraying process. Fifth, it rained before the concrete had time to dry. Last, he never came back to see the damage. Instead he kept assuring me to trust the process and he would reapply where needed, even though he had not seen what it looked like. Over the phone he was defensive and arrogant and decided to walk away. DO NOT HIRE HIM. He took my review off his Facebook page since I had added all the pictures of how bad everything looked. There were holes he never patched. There was grass stuck in the concrete. The spray wasn't even. Some areas were barely covered. Some parts were smooth and some parts were textured. Unfortunately, there are few people that still do resurfacing, we were later told it doesn't last and isn't worth the money. So he left me with an unfinished patio, sidewalk, and front porch.
