Nick did my floors kitchen and living room are Douglas futr and hall and 2 bedrooms are oak. Upon finishing 2nd coat of poly waited 24 hours to walk in and noticed there were not done, there needed to be more coats put on he came out and told me as it dried it would get better, I called the next day said same thing. I had two other floor refinished guys look at it and they both say they need 2 to 3 more coats poly. You can't run a swifter across them it eats it. Now he won't answer my calls but cashed the check which he charged me 50 more then quote the same day he put 2nd coat on. My floors look like crap!!!!!!!
