    Lowe's installed services hired them to install carpet
    $1,800

    Do NOT use. Unprofessional, extensively damaged new trim during carpet install, would not take responsibility to cover the complete cost to repair their damage.

    Lay pergo flooring

    Subcontracted this company through Lowes. I am giving them a 2 star review for customer service. Two gentleman laid the floor. They spoke very little English and were therefore very hard to communicate with. For the most part, we do love our flooring which was done in July. However it is now the end of August and multiple attempts to contact the company about a transition piece from one room to the next has been left undone. At the time, they did not have the piece and if I understood them correctly said they would be back to fix it. It is still undone (5 weeks later) even with multiple calls to the company! I have an elderly father who lives with us and it is a hazard for him to come in and out of that room. I will not recommend Lowes or UHS to any family or friends!

    repalce laminate flooring wiht carpet. Subcontractor through Lowes
    $3,900

    UHS was to remove laminate flooring and install carpet. A rep from UHS approved this project. When they arrived, two hispanic empolyees and a person that oversees the project stated they could not and would not proceed witht this project . I wouldn't trust these SBs to build a dog house.
