    Ralph quoted the work with a very very reasonable price, gave me a couple of references, one of which he was just finishing up with, whom I then contacted and who gave a great review of Ultimate Masonry's work. I hired them, they showed up bright and early on the day they said they would be there, and they got the work going right away. They did an outstanding, professional job, completing the work muck quicker than I had anticipated, and they cleaned up every day and at the end of the job very completely. I paid for half when they were half done, and then the other half when they were finished. I am very satisfied and would not hesitate to hire them again.

    Buyer Beware! I hired Ralph Zannitto to do concrete work, lay gas and electric lines and put a lawn in my back yard. The concrete work was good but some of the other work Ralph did was not good. He doesn't understand how a leach line works and avoided the way I told him I wanted it done, so now my drain for my bar backs up ( which he said would not happen). He also told me that the gasline he connected to from the house would work and it will not. He wanted to run a half inch gas line to a three quarter inch line which will choke out the BBQ it is going to. Ralph rarely showed up on site until he had to collect a check and when he has all the payment you will not hear from him again! I tried contacting him and he would not respond, he will not stand behind his work!!!! BEWARE
