They were hired to do the electrical work for the addition to a single family home. They started the job and they were getting payed for their work by the general contractor, who left for another job. I reached out to Raphael to finish the work (GC told me there was an oustanding balance of roughly $3000 in order to finish the job) numerous times and did not get a response, Raphael ghosted me. They were scheduled to return after sheet rock for the final town inspections. They needed to finish the project by providing the materials and install; 21 recessed lights, smoke detectors, GFCI, outlets, light switches, wall plates, main breaker panel upgrade and connect the HVACs. It cost me well over twice the remaining balance of $3000 on the contract to finish. It would have cost Raphael more money to finish than the balance he would have been owed of $3000. An honorable person would have finished the contract and made good on their word.
