  Install a new AC

  $3,500

  Installed a new airconditioning system in my empty condo in Florida while I was up North. When I returned I found that the new air conditioner worked fine. Upon state inspection, the county discovered some minor flaws and failed the installation. I called Ultra which immediately remediated the sealing of the box. Ezekiel was my salvation. Thanks to him, my inspection went well and the AC passed.

  Replace air conditioner

  This is the absolute worst company I’ve ever dealt with. They charge you for the Permit fee but never get the Permit unless you hound them many times. And if you don’t hound them, you will be find it hard to sell your residence when the buyer finds out it was a illegal installation. Their installation was horrible. Thy did not secure the Condenser on the roof properly nor did the update the fuse to what’s required (they left a 30 amp fuse in when the requirements were for a 25 amp}. They rarely return your call or respond back to emails. Just a terrible experience. Hire a professional company or you’ll regret it.

  They should get 10 stars. They're professional, clean up after their done, took time to explain all they did. Fixed a pipe that wasn't pitched done by a plumber to ensure it works properly. I have been so impressed with them, that I have referred many customers from our 5,000 community and everyone will say the same thing. They're becoming the most desired A/C, preventive miantainance.

  I am surprised by the negative reviews for Ultra. I've been working with them for 3 years on various projects and have only had the best experience with them. The team is solid and reliable and in my experience very knowledgable.

  Maintenance of the air conditioner

  One stat to goog for them they’re a total rip off charge a lot of money and do nothing one man came changed the filter went out and check the Freon he did come back and shows one little tip other than that he did nothing didn’t check the thermostat Dennis about replacing the batteries in the thermostat took the money and left and on the way out is it we will mail you a receipt so Thursday I’m still waiting for the receipt and the many phone calls and text messages to the company got nowhere I would not do any business with this company and I don’t think any other Homeowner do any business with them and I said a total rip off

  Maintenance/Tune-up on 2 residential AC units

  Terrible service! We paid for nothing! They regularly advertise in our neighborhood monthly newsletter. We called them to do a maintenance and tune-up of 2 central air conditioners in our home which we recently purchased. The first thing the guy did was to try to check the Freon, but he couldn't get the caps off. He called his boss, who said that we did not have standard caps, and they would have to buy a tool, as well as a set of new caps for $60, which he said we would have to pay for. I said OK, and while he went to the supply store, I called called a couple of AC supply stores to ask them if our Novent R-410 caps were standard, and how much the tool costs to remove the caps. They said our caps were definitely standard, and actually the most common type used! They said any reputable AC service would carry this tool with them. Unfortunately, I had already OK'd the purchase of new caps. Upon returning, he checked the freon on one of the AC units, which was fine and did not need to be topped off. Then he opened the panel on the air handler and shined a flashlight inside, and said everything looked good. I could see that it definitely needed cleaning, and that this guy was a joke. I told him to just leave without checking the other AC unit, and I reluctantly paid for the "NO service" call and tool & caps. I wished I had looked for reviews online before I called them. My advice is to STAY AWAY from this company.

  Install a new AC

  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! This is the WORST company to deal with. First of all we paid for a permit back in July, they installed the AC without ever submitting a permit with the City. Here we are in January 2021, 7 MONTHS LATER, and I (the realtor for the seller) has to stay on top of closing out this permit. They are holding my seller's money $1750 until this permit is resolved and if I don't chase it, it would never get done. No one calls, no one answers the phone, no one email, responds to emails, they don't give a CRAP about their customers. Stay away if you are looking for a responsible company. They charged my seller and extra $500 for a permit and didn't even get the permit! Then when they were aware that we knew no permit was ever issued they still didn't do anything. I'm so upset right now, next stop will be with DBPR!! You have been warned.
