Permits

Do not choose this company for your pool experience. The lack of professionalism that Ultra Custom Pools has shown towards us is not acceptable as a business owner. As your clients we expect a level of service met with 100% professionalism and communication. We never received that from Ultra. Especially when spending over six figures in cash. We have been exceptionally accommodating and have attempted to make their lives easier to fix all the mistakes they have created for us. We have spent time creating outlines, punch lists and changed our work schedules around for them. They have told us in emails to expect things to be completed in a specific time frame and they weren’t. Their crews just never showed up. We received zero communication from the owner when this happened. We have called them and left messages. Most of the time we cannot because their voicemail is in Spanish. We have emailed them with countless issues their crews have caused because of zero communication from the owner, Scott. 50% of the time their crews would ask us why they were at our home. We would have to tell them what to do and of course they would get it wrong again. We aren't the experts. It is not our job to project manage our own project. That should be their job. We have been on a hamster wheel with them since the start of the project and it's exhausting. We will never recommend your company to anyone.
