    Gut rehabs for single family

    I’ve been using Ultra Lux for past 4 years for all my investment properties. They know what they are doing and always been helpful with tips how to generate more profits with remodeling when flip or rent. Definitely will hire again.

    After doing research online, we contacted Ultra Lux Construction to obtain a quote to redo our guest bathroom. They were one of 3 contractors we contacted. They showed up exactly when they promised and provided a professional and clear estimate. They walked us through the work that would need to be done and answered all the questions we had. We were very comfortable with the first impression we had. After accepting the proposal, they immediately began work at the time stated, and completed it within the deadline. Throughout the time the crew was working in our home, they were always on time, respectful and very organized. When we ran into some technical issues, the team promptly addressed them. I was very satisfied with not only their WORK, but their work ETHIC, and will retain Ultra Lux Construction team for all our future projects.

    We recently used Ultra Lux Construction for our substantial remodel including a complete gut of the kitchen and laundry room as well as new flooring and paint throughout, including painting our bathroom vanities. Overall we had an outstanding experience and they really exceeded our expectations. Going into this renovation, we had heard so many horror stories from family and friends who had awful experiences with other contractors especially with staying on schedule. However, Ultra Lux did a remarkable job of staying on schedule throughout and offering to work over the weekends or during off hours to stay on track. They were also extremely considerate and sensitive to the fact that we were living in the condo during the construction. They tried to work around our schedules as best as they could, made sure to clean up after themselves, and kept the noise to a minimum. They even provided a rolling kitchen island so that we could set up our temporary kitchen in the living room. Another advantage of going with Ultra Lux Construction team is that they use modern technology as a way to improve the common communication issues that can occur with contractors. They use an online portal that offers an easy way to communicate with anyone from the team and provides a centralized location for all materials, change orders, daily logs, pictures, and even invoices. This kept everything together in one place and with the portal available on any computer and any phone, it made it very easy to access from anywhere. Another big advantage is that compared to many others we looked at, they offer just about any service that one would want when renovating and even a few extras, like window cleaning for instance. It was so helpful that we only had to work with one company and one project manager throughout the entire project. Lastly, they did high quality work and the team was so kind, helpful, and you could tell they really cared about the work they deliver. They were dependable and trustworthy and I would use them again in a heartbeat for any future projects.

    I did an entire kitchen-big job as well as the master bath redo and new vanity in the guest bath. Entire re-wiring of kitchen.

    I have been very pleased with Paul at UltraLux. No matter what time of the day or night you call him with an issue, he returns your call within the hour and does his very best to make it right. That right there is gold. Not many contractors are that accessible and that dedicated to making the customer happy.

    The renovations are awesome and I have received many compliments on them. Very happy with results.

    Anytime you do a major remodel, there will be issues with delays etc that are often out of the control of the contractor. Sometimes they run in to an issue that was unexpected, sometimes the cabinets or doors do not arrive on time as scheduled and sometimes the subs are holding things up. But it always resolved and you get the idea of the type of quality work Paul and his team does.

    I hired these guys when we bought a new townhouse. We needed to paint the whole unit, change the carpet, renovate bathrooms and update the kitchen. Everything was done perfect, which is crucial for me because of OCD. I was pleased how these guys pay attention to every detail. I can definitely recommend Ultra Lux.
