  Paint 2 small exterior walls

  $500

  BEWARE! Allen Bryan, owner will try to intimidate when issue(s) are brought to his attention. Paid $500 for 1 1/2 hours work...no prep! Spray painted over chipped & peeling paint. He had the audacity to say it was only quoted as a "basic" paint job.

  Attacked me verbally on the phone, accused me of trying to tell him how to do his job & threatened multiple times that he was going to hang up!

  Past complaints are the same scenario... each time he the tells customer they have an attitude(when in fact, he has an attitude)!

  Even tho he offered to come back, I canceled the appointment. I will not deal with a person that doesn't treat his customers with respect & then become's verbally abusive when not face-to-face.

  STAY CLEAR of poor quality work, excuse after excuse & intimidation if you dare question the quality of his work!

  Exterior painting my house

  $2,900

  This company painted the exterior of my house. Allen Bryan said he would scrape and then paint my front door. He did not do that. He said if I noticed any problems the days after painting he would fix it. However he has too many excuses to fix my front door. On the latest phone call to him he said I have an attitude and to call him back when I calm down. I did not have an attitude. He uses too many excuses to not complete the job. He also bought 4 extra gallons of paint. What am I suppose to do with all this paint? Poor service and poor quality

  These painters deliberately used cheap paint substitutes when they agreed to use specific Benjamin Moore paints as required by my HOA. Now, years later the brown paint has turned into a purple shade. They lied to me and took advantage of me knowing that their cheating would not be revealed for years. Do not hire, this company is a scam not a serious business

  Exterior home painting

  Make sure the work is done right

  Donald (Allen) and his team did a good overall job, but didn't finish their work. Donald painted my home for $2,250 from 1/12/15-1/16/15. On 1/16/15 I drove out of my way to hand deliver Donald the payment check for his work on my property (because I have a full-time job and couldn't be home). At that time Donald informed me that there was a problem with bugs sticking to the front door, that the finished job looked horrible, and that he would come out within the next few weeks to correct the work. It's now a month later and the job still isn't done. I've already paid Donald for the work, so there is no incentive for him to come out now and finish the job. It is not 2/10/15 and my front door still isn't finished. My advice to anyone looking into possibly using Ultra Painting: make sure the job is completely finished before you pay them. I'm now looking into getting another painter to my house to finish the job right (at my own expense).
