Do not work with Alex!
I had Alex replace a toilet in my house last year that began leaking this year. After I called him to mention it he blocked my number and will not return my calls.
Even worse, the toilet was not replaced correctly by Alex. I now am learning, from a second plumber that I had to hire, that significant pipe work will need to be done in order for the toilet to be installed correctly and to code. Alex did not bother to mention this at all - he pushed me to pay him immediately and went on to the next job.
Stay away from this plumber!
