Una did my driveway and it took only two days. I was pleased with his work as well as his workers. BUT, 6 weeks later I received a bill from the concrete company. Una never paid them out of the money I gave him for the job... very disappointed inIna and cannot recommend him.

Don't hire this guy to do concrete or lawn work. He disrespects the property, demands chunks of money though out, unwilling to correct his mistakes, and is generally dishonest. I got the same "my mother died" excuse from this guy too when he decided to take a few random days off while my place was in shambles.
I gave them access to my garage so they could stay out of the sun and he started using my tools. My new shovels were left out where anyone could have walked away with them, caked in mud of course. My socket set disappeared, then my shop broom, then a rake, all 3 eventually returned. They flung mud on the side of my recently painted house. They even left a half eaten rotisserie chicken on my lawn for almost 5 days until I complained. There's a kitchen knife that was borrowed and never returned. I would give them water bottles and they would just leave empties all over.
He broke my sprinklers and charged me to do a half ass repair that still leaked. I had to get someone else to come fix it.
The boarder around my lawn is crooked and it's poured concrete.

I hired unaloto to put concrete in my backyard, He did little bit of work and asked me to pay him half so that he can pay for the material. I paid him and next day he called me and said his mother passed away and cannot come . He said he will finish the work next week and never showed up after that and would not return my phone calls . He took the money and never finish the job. I would not recommend him . I would give him Zero and his licence is EXPIRED!! His address is wrong too. I filed complaint against him to Contractors Licence Board that this person is a fraud.

I wish I would have read all this here before making the mistake of hiring him. He showed up for 3 days with random people with varied skill level and no consistency, to do the job(none of them work for him), completed about 60% of the work, took 85% of the money and stopped answering his phone. He left a complete mess with marks everywhere, the concrete started breaking on day 5 and its all chatted into pieces/powder at this point. Beware!! He is a complete fraud.
