Eric helped out me and boyfriend when we were in a pinch! We had an old house with 100 Amp box and after we had a gas leak and had to switch to an electric stove, our breaker kept tripping. Coming into the summer with a newborn and only being able to run one AC in a two story house became miserable. Eric got us in as quick as he could and got us all up and running!! Super communicative when there were issues with PPL beyond his control; instead of ghosting us. Wasn't one of those people that talked you into paying for things that you didn't truly need. Instead he was informative and helpful and did an awesome job all while battling rain and heat!! Thank you Underdog!!
