I had a leak around my skylight and hired UnFire to seal the skylight to eliminate the leak and replace the glass because of a crack in the double glass. UnFire assured me he would take care of it. $1400 and two return visits my skylight still leaks. UnFire told me it was a roof problem. New contractor looked at the work and told me the leak couldn't be fixed properly by throwing tar around the edge and actually found a nail popping through the tar. New contractor will remove 2ft of shingles around the skylight, replace the metal flashing and ice barrier, replace the removed shingles with new and properly seal all work for $800.00. He also inspected my roof and informed me my roof is in good shape. I posted pictures in the gallery of yellow pages showing my skylight with lots of tar, and popped nail with a loose shingle. Certainly not a professional job. Obviously UnFire did not have the expertise to do the job.
