Unifab Heating & Cooling

If anyone needs Heating and Air work done of any magnitude I would recommend Bill at UniFab. I have had aprox 25 houses and Bill has done several new installs and continued exceptional service on ANY units that needs service. I have known Bill for 17 years now and he is a great person and is professional. Bill is one of the most educated in this field that I have come across. His energy, professionalism, and a constant drive to be doing something constructive.constantly leaves him doing an excellent job at a reasonable price. The comparison and contrast is clearly evident to a superlative degree between Bill and the rest of them. This is no bull! Just call him and talk to him and you will see for yourself.
I just want to say thanks to Bill for all the years of great service, and to let everyone else know to have him come out and take care of you.

I have worked with UniFab and its owner since 1998, during our home renovation. We were doubling the size of our OLD home with many many problems including ducts, wiring, etc. The owner came out personally, spent hours with us reviewing our architectural plans and how best to attack our many problems with this old home. He worked with our contractor (who was later sued), and found a way to get the work done around the contractor's laziness and stupidity. After hiring a new contractor, the owner again, worked with him to finalize all the details and completed the work under budget and ahead of a revised schedule. He was onsite regularly with and without supervision, and he became part of the family! We have NOT had any problems with his work in 15 years. He sold us a GREAT unit and was put in properly.

On a side note, I completely disagree with the feedback above. I don't believe a word of it; I've known Mr. Eiginger's character for many years. If you notice, he claims to have an AC leak in JANUARY!!! (Can't happen). And claims to have left the premises to go to the store for a cookout...IN JANUARY??? Not likely. I don't believe a word of it. The user above can't even get his name right!

I believe in Mr. Eiginger's honesty and integrity and I have the utmost respect for him and his work. He's a good man, with a good business, and he KNOWS what he's doing!
