They also go under bans of upland pool supply .
My warranty vi sent them out. They are not trained in hot tubs and are useless . -

Never return calls I wouldn’t use these people. Went though American home shield for pool repairs using this company I had to call them and said they couldn’t repair my pool motor for week, had to call someone else. Poor customer service.

Working with Unified Contractors has been a complete nightmare. It has been over 2 months and our issue is still not resolved. I have been lied to, hung up on, placed on hold and "disconnected" mysteriously, sent to empty voice mails and did I mention lied to on numerous occasions? Each time I call I get a different answer to the same question. I've been told the manager is on the other line and will call back, only to never receive a call back. I've been told the manager is not in and they "can't give that persons info to me" but can send me to a voice mail that is clearly never answered. I am disappointed, frustrated and still have not had the issue resolved. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. Their complete lack of professionalism and customer service are the only thing they are consistent with. Pathetice

Needed same day service and they delivered. Had some exposed wiring in my garage - my grand daughter was my main concern. I called them - came right away. They gave me a piece over th phone to just handle it - a flat rate. I’ll keep their number.

They were sent by my home warranty company American Home Shield. Never can get a hold of anyone, cancels same day but does not tell you after you take the day off of work. I never get the same answer from anyone and they never can fix any issue with my pool, they are useless.
