  Central air blew warm air

  My central air unit went out on my family for a whole week with the weather being so humid off and on. I called AHS and they took care of with Union express calling me right after I got off the phone with my warranty. George came out and was very knowledgeable and went straight to business. He did a great job and change the capacitor in my unit which was worn. I was only getting warm air in the house and cold air outside. I love you George! You work your magic I tell you! Keep doing what your best at! I wish I can give him more than 10 thumbs! lol

  American Home Shield sent UNION EXPRESS to check my HVAC. Make Robakidze came to my home (promptly) to check things out. Mike is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us. He is very easy to talk to and I felt like I was dealing with a friend. Don't hesitate if you want good service. We haven't hired him yet due to time constraints.

  This company was referred to me by American Home Shield. The contractor was assigned, but I waited more than two days for a call to schedule an appointment and didn’t hear anything. I then called them to set up an appointment. The contractor showed up a few days later to inspect the AC and wrote a report that suggested the issue was pre-existing, even though my inspection showed otherwise. AHS only granted partial payment, leaving me to pay $250. When I called the contractor to proceed, he informed me that AHS had given me the wrong number and that I would have to pay him more money. He also mentioned that additional work, not listed in his original report, might be required at extra cost. I decided not to use his services and called AHS for a second opinion, informing them that I no longer wished to use the contractor.

  Broken heater

  Mike was awesome! He was assigned to us by AHS, contacted me and was here within 10 minutes. He replaced the parts and we were up and running again in less than an hour.

  AHS hired them to replace a part on my boiler.

  This contractor was assigned to me by American Home Shield. I have had many jobs done by them, some of which included the cutting of pipes. In this case, a pipe had to be cut due to corrosion, which is covered under my contract. Mike originally told an agent that when I disputed the $495 charge for a “modification”. After I disputed it, he no longer said it was due to corrosion, but told AHS that he had to “modify” the pipe to replace the part. AHS does not cover “modifications”, which is no even clearly defined in the contract. So, since Mike changed his language to AHS, they refused to back me. I will be disputing this with Union Express now.

  Furnace Heater

  Mike called us immediately after we placed the order with AHS, came out the very next morning and fixed the issue quickly, was highly knowledgeable, clean, and honest. Would recommend Union Express HVAC.

  Fix Central Air conditioning

  I got this contractor through American Home shield home warranty for my A/C, Very unprofessional, could not communicate clearly and not impressed with his technical knowledge of the HVAC system in general. I complained to AHS as well, Please do not work with this company.
