During 2019 I had invested more than $21,619 for artistic pavers to be installed around my pool and during March of 2020 the water feature they installed sprung a leak. Immediately after that leak I had some shifting of the artistic pavers. NOW Chris from Unique Pools will not honor the 2-year warranty that is still in effect. I had invested more than $ 65,710 for a pool and pavers and this is how they show their respect for customers. I have dealt with a multitude of professional companies that build their business on customer satisfaction and this is NOT one of them. Just AMAZING how one can spend so much hard-earned money on improving their home, backyard, and the value of their community ONLY to get a big fat ZERO in action to fix this problem. This has been a total NIGHTMARE! The pictures are of the artistic pavers that the repair guy did not put back in place in March and these have not been fixed (Sept 2020), as you can see there is ZERO commitment to making things right. JUST UNBELIEVABLE, AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST!
