Unique Windows and Doors

Watch out, this contractor (David Bustos) did 3 jobs for us and on the 4th he took our deposit and did not deliver. No product, no delivery, no return phone calls, disappeared. I think this is his M.O. Do not hire.

A crook. Lots of promises but no delivery yet of my bathroom shelves.

We are the folks who were really pleased with Dave's work but our latest project is a disaster. All I wanted was two glass shelves for my bathroom. They were broken by my cleaning company and he has been paid. It's been four months now and still no shelves.

I don't understand why such a talented glazier can treat a repeat customer so badly.

We should have seen the red signs when he gave us a quote for 510-200 deposit leaving a balance of 260.. gave the deposit, waited over 7 days, left message, no return call. SCAMMERRRRRRRR!!!!

I had paid David Bustos up front for windows on a new home construction. 3 months later, he delivered the window!!! I then in late July ordered several doors in the amount on $11,000 dollars. He said if I paid up front I could get this good discount. Til this day, he hasn't delivered any product and doesn't answer his phone. I've left countless messages with no response. Please KEEP AWAY FROM THIS GUY!!!!

I used David Bustos for building and installing a custom glass shower door for the master bathroom. I was happy with the quote and time frame stated for installation. The installation took longer than quoted and once David was paid I didn't hear from him when I tried to contact him regarding repairs. The door doesn't hang correctly and after a month of calling (full voice-mail) and leaving emails I still haven't heard back from him.

David Bustos of Unique Windows and Doors was here and gave me a price for two new doors, front and back along with a new kitchen window. He got paid up front and as to date nothing, I repeat, Nothing has been installed and I have been give the run around for 8 months. Repeat, 8 months to date.

I asked David for a quote for a bathroom window. I liked the quote, gave him payment in full on 10/24/11 and haven't been able to get whole of him since. I recommend finding another window guy.

David Bustos of Unique Windows and Doors installed an all-glass shower enclosure and a two-walled mirror over a handbasin as part of a new bathroom. We were so pleased with the quality and pricing of his work that we have since had his company install two glass shower screens and another two-wall mirror in other bathrooms.
