I hired Uniquely Designed Homes to do work in my basement to remodel a bedroom and bathroom. I specifically requested permits be pulled and a vent be installed because I planned on renting the house out later. No permits were pulled and no vent was installed. When I followed up they stated they weren't able to install a vent but claimed he gave me a more expensive vanity. I will not hire them again in the future.

Hired to build my home about 2 years ago. He estimated it would take him about 6-8 months. After 14 months I had to let him go because he couldn't get the job done. And what he did get done was all lazy work and very bad craftsmanship.
