United Air Temp

I requested service through the American home shield ,United air temp service guy came and fixed issue said cartridge issue, he fixed something but destroyed the water pipe caused the leak and damaged whole sealing of the condo unit. I called them to come and fix the issue they didnt show up very rude, eh said he will show up 3:30 pm he didnt show up. It further damaged the sealing. It is really irresponsible and intentional. Please dont buy service from united air temp or American home shield. They are very irresponsible.

I called them to fix my HVAC, which had been making strange noises and not working at full capacity for a few weeks. The woman I spoke to on the phone was rude, she berated me for not buying a "warranty package" (which was clearly a huge rip-off), and when the man came to service my HVAC he was more than an hour late. Of course, he was rude and didn't bother apologizing for the lateness. The only reason I went through with the appointment, after the woman's rudeness, was that they were the only company who could get to my house quickly. Probably because they don't have many customers... Anyway, they charged me quit a lot, the work was shoddy, and I had to hire someone else a few weeks later to fix the problem. Worst business I have ever dealt with. I complained to the company, but they did not respond. Also, I've been asking them for about 7 years to get off their mailing list, but they refuse to stop sending me junk mail, once ever few weeks, calling and email. A nasty, rude, aggressive and incompetent company.

The plumbing contractor who came out to help us, Darryl Williams, not only did an excellent job, but he made the whole experience a really nice one. He is a special person. He HAPPILY helped us by doing much more than he was required and lots more than expected. We have used UAT for everything HVAC/Plumbing related for what seems like a hundred years and your staff is always the Best, but Darryl Williams is the type of person anyone in business would like to hire and everyone outside of business would like to have as their neighbor. This is not just because he was terrific at his job (and said how much he enjoys it) but reading people is what I do for a living and Darryl is welcome in my home anytime.

The work performed on my property (new furnace) was performed to my satisfaction by United Air Temp. I believe they are a reputable and responsible company and stands by their products and services.

Air Temp was helpful, professional, and in all ways lived up to their estimate and promises. I would highly recommend them for any heating or plumbing project.
