By Victor C.October 10, 2015TO INSTALL SOME ADDITIONAL DRIVEWAY$5,0001 dayShoddy ContraCTOR
Mike Wasso of NWP started a small project for me on 7/6/15.
the project is faulty as the pavement has never harden and is a mess.
It took me until 8/28/15 to get him back out and the asphalt is still bad.
He was suppose to be back out week of 9/1/15 and as of today 10/10/15
It is still not corrected and I am out $5,000.
I am completing a complaint to California State Contractors Board today and will file it on Monday 10/12/15.
I highly recommend that anyone who is in the same position as myself would file a formal compliant and try to stop this company from taking money for shoddy work. I am happy to discuss this with anyone who has questions. I can be reached at 818-612-8668Vic, Leona Valley, CA

By AnonymousJune 23, 2015Resurface neighborhood road$5545 daysYou can't trust Mike Wasso
I'd like to recommend Mike Wasso after putting a seal coat on our road but after two months the job is still not complete. After a delayed start (he waited until the morning of the job to purchase the coating material and told us that multiple stores were out of inventory), he sealed the cracks and recoated the community road surface. As the home owner association president I had to reschedule the road closure with residents which isn't fun. There were a couple of areas he patched with hot asphalt and he said he was going to return to seal them after the asphalt cured. Since he has labor and material costs I paid in full. The problem is now two months later he has not returned to seal the asphalt patches. He left tar soaked brushes, empty cans of seal, piles of broken up asphalt and his hot asphalt trailer on the side of our road. Every time I call him he says he is coming right out to make things right and then doesn't. Honestly he did a good job on the work he did do but I had to watch him and point out the incomplete areas which he fixed on the spot. The problem with Mike Wasso is that his word means nothing and you can't trust anything he says. If you are the type of person who trusts what contractors say and then are disappointed when they don't deliver, then Mike Wasso may not be your guy.

Michael Wasso did poor slurry seal work for me , then borrowed $5,000 and never paid it back.
Donl't use him.
