The most horrible office staff possible, installers don't speak English, they break stuff like my air handler door, they won't return my calls, they won't come service my AC. Most likely waiting for the 1 year they are responsible for. Rude, even the finance company won't use them anymore. Stay away, run don't walk, go anywhere but to United Breeze AC. Over priced. Took all paperwork off my table when they left the job. Rude sales manager, very rude office staff..
