Very frustrated working with with them. Our stove came damaged from manufacturer and was directly delivered to our house as we live a few hours away from Madison, however, had to purchase this stove through United Brick and Fireplace. Even though the stove was under warranty and they hired the moving company to deliver it, it took months of haggling and a BBB complaint for them to take, reluctant, action. Their primary excuse for not addressing the issue was the distance from our house followed by blaming it on the moving company. Our expectation was for over a $6000 stove they would be more willing to help a customer with a defective stove. After it was finally fixed by them, I followed up with the manufacturer and provided them pictures and information of the issue before and after the fix whom stated it was a manufacturer's (their) issue with packaging/operation, we were provided a picture from them showing strapping gauging the box around the stove that partially damaged it prior to even receiving it! Overall, we were extremely frustrated with the process, lack of follow up and helpfulness, and overall their condescending attitude towards the entire process. Would not recommend and find a general contractor or another fireplace store.

Buyer beware!
They may talk a nice game and smile at you, but the installation was rushed and they did not install the fireplace correctly. After two months of calling they said they would come back for a service charge...
Now, three months later, they still have not come back after the initial installation and want me to pay the full amount of the bill.
Their justification for wanting the full amount of money is that I did not provide a written letter to them up to 15 days after the improper installation.
Look elsewhere!
