    I wouldn't recommend this contractor to anyone. I am a widow and the contractor abandoned the job .I have paid him over $20,000 dollars. All my floors are worst. Contractor started on 11-07-2020 and today is 2-08-2021 .My stove ,dishwasher is my living with only a sub floor. My bed was shim by contractor. He did not get a building permit. All floors are unfinished. unsatisfied

    My fiance and me hired this united choice company to refurbish an existing addition. What should've taken a week, took 3 months to complete. He never showed up when he said. We had to constantly reach out too him because he was missing in action. It was told that while doing our job he also had about 5 or 6 other jobs at the same time. He was very unprofessional. We even caught him lying too us concerning the work we hired him for. I try to patronize my people just because, but this contracting company left a bad impression on us. While working on the addition he never even had a dumpster too put the old materials that were being discarded. Instead they left ot all over our grass. Very non professional company. I would not recommend them too build a child's clubhouse !!!! Very unhappy with the work. After all the work was considered done by them, me and my fiance turned on the different set of lights in the addition we could still see the tape they used too seam the drywall together. You can also see holes were they never put putty to make the nailed areas unseen. In conclusion do not hire them if you want the job done properly.

    My wife was gravely ill. I hired Mr. Johnson to complete a Room Addition. He brought inexperienced people to my home to do work without his daily supervision. The workmanship was shoddy and amateurish. the roof over a 30x12 porch has leaked since installation ( May 2018). improper installation of trusses resulted in two additional windows need to be replaced in order to stop the roof leak. The windows needed replacing because Mr. Johnson didn't supervise the installation of the trusses or anything else.

    After many phone calls to address the leak, Mr. Johnson returned. He admitted the person he allowed to work on my home "was not a roofer." I asked him why, then, he allowed these folks to work on my home? And he didnt provide and answer. Mr. Johnson was given more than 8000.00 for 1st draw. When confronted with lack of production and no material on the job Mr. Johnson balked and made excuses. He commented an additional draw would be required to continue. I elected to get a reputable Contractor.

    Mr. Johnson will not honor his word or contract. He'll take money and not return to complete the work. He's a good talker/charmer but is not to be trusted. Knowing what I know now encourage anyone to "run" from him. He'll lie and claim he wasn't paid only to disparage those he's wronged. I was wrong to trust Mr. Johnson. I have learned his reputation is that of a con. And workmanship is consistently poor.

    I wish pics could be uploaded. I would show the certified check, photos of damaged walls caused by exposure to element, and damage caused by leaking roof.
