    Apartment Renovations

    We are extremely happy with this company. They remodeled 18 apartments at one of our properties in St. Charles. The renovation included new cabinets, new doors, LVP, new baseboard, all new paint, new countertops and light fixtures. These units look fabulous and we had all leased before the project was completed. We are currently working to start the next phase and this company will be handling it all. One of the main reasons we hired this company was because of a referral from a property manager who had worked with them on a very large multi phase apartment complex renovation. They provided many references and we did check them.
