We had met with a number of contractors, but Cash was by far the most personable & thorough with his assessment & quote. Giving praise to United with my home remodel. From my concrete polished floors, to adding a skylight in the kitchen with some of the great ideas Cash and the designer came up with.

I love the two tone, matching cabinets and wood island feel. Having the same countertops and backsplash is very easy to clean. From the appliances in the exposed shelving I just can't say enough, but thank you so much.

Stunning Complexion with detailed perfection that’s all I gotta say five stars all day! I recommend United to anybody doing a bathroom.

Cash straight up designed my dream spa bathroom complete with unreal slab work, detailed wall, soapboxes, steam room, oasis! Just ridiculous, beyond my expectations. Show me the detail work with the rain shower was brilliant. But the steam shower and the coordination that goes into it with all the sizing and detailed work is amazing. I had no idea there was so much that goes into this. Cash walked me through all the details, including making sure that the shower door was completely sealed and what type of glass to use, including waterproofing materials and the suggestion to put the tub inside of the wet room was brilliant.
Now I get to sit inside of my tub during a bath while the steam shower is on. I’m in heaven and now I spend the weekend in my bathroom on vacation. #staycation

Cash built my custome cabinets and there perfect for my bedroom and getting my clutter a place out of site. Finished the wood work with crown molding and baseboard and painting was excellent.

Cash at United helped me with all of my finish materials and put together a design for my kitchen. The workers were on time clean and did a fantastic job cleaning up. They made my cabinets and figured out a way to take out this wall but leaving a post . They look wrapping it with a design.

I gotta give it up to United, constructors and Cash for his designing helping us with our kitchen remodel. The island over Hearing, where everybody hangs out is the heart of the home.
Offered up to Ceiling vaulting it just a little bit, gave it a little hype in the room . And I was a little skeptical to two tone cabinet colors, but they came out fantastic fantastic. My family loves the kitchen and so do I.

I interviewed five contractors and I got to give it up to Cash the contractor from United, five stars all the way!
I love to BBQ and watch the game in my sunroom, and wanted to somehow connected to my kitchen. I did not want upper cabinets. I just wanted exposed open shelves. It was going to require some custom cabinetry work. Cash and his team built these custom cabinets open shelves concept with , this modern designer hood! Open Dep of all so the kitchen was a part of the sunroom, and added an island with seating, so everybody can congregate in the heart of the house.. Incorporated, my tastes of the Hearing bone tile pattern, LVP, natural wood floors.
There’s no way I could’ve done this by myself this dude’s genius !

None of the other contractors even came close to giving me the time and respect I recommend Cash contractor all day long !!!

This is the new gold rush for California , where can you basically get a new house in the bay area except for an ADU

Cash designed it did the architectural engineering permitting department submittal designed it so it looks fashionable and then built the thing from the ground up.
Allows me to have additional rental income and then later down the road, I’m gonna move into it and rent out the big house.

This is just a straight up money maker !

I love my two-tone cabinets with natural wood and white wood with goldens decorations, inset with my gold fixtures and natural marble stone countertops with two different edge moldings with Undermount sink and top mountain faucet. My wife loves it.
I did four height backsplash, so it’s easy to clean and then Cash even refinished my hardwood floors they look gorgeous
We like to cook with the knickknacks you can see in the open shelving and glass door shelves so I can cook easily. We went above and beyond getting the coffered ceiling with drop beams. You can see Cash took great care in crafting my kitchen. We love it.

Cash took us shopping and helped us pick out and design everything.

I recently hired the company for a kitchen project. Cash Payne the owner was extremely responsive and respectful. He took me shopping and helped me pick out materials that matched the concept I had and let me use his discount and everything was very well priced!

I love my new customed hood built-in and timeless cabinets with lights in them, gold fixtures and gold accents farmhouse, sink quartz countertops that look like marble, and gorgeous Pendant lights.

we also got recessed wood ceilings and Crown molding ceilings in casing beams and real hardwood floors in herringbone design

The crew was on time, clean, and efficient. The project was under budget even when it exceeded my expectations

Last month, United Construction Inc, redid my kitchen. They did everything I asked. The craftsmanship in the counter top they did for me was absolutely beautiful. They also suggested some ideas that really just tied everything in together with my renovation plans. United Construction Inc. did a wonderful job on my bathroom this week. They included everything I asked for and kept my budget. The tiling couldn’t have been done more perfectly, they incorporated a sliding glass door over the curtains I previously had and gave me more ideas on how to improve my renovations. We worked with United Constructors to remodel our three bathrooms and they did fantastic work. We recently had a water leak and I called United and they had crew out within hours with de-humidifiers and blowers, sealed off the rooms with damage and proceeded to do a fantastic job with the restoration. I looked at some other water restoration services and they did not offer the repair and painting services I received from United, one-stop-shop!

I have now utilized the services of this company on several occasions and HIGHLY recommend them! They were really creative with the limited space for our downstairs bathroom, coming up with an idea for adding a shower in a way we had not thought of! We told Cash Payne what our idea was and he walked us through several options that were a great use of the space and helped find an economic option that worked for our family. The remodel of my parents guest room went off smoothly. The company came when the said they would, they were clean and they were so nice! The other bathrooms they did turned out so beautifully too! They refinished our hardwood floors as well.
We have also been contemplating remodeling the kitchen and Cash came up with a beautiful 3D rendering based on the things we discussed.
I am impressed with the level of communication and craftsmanship that this company has shown and I will definitely be using them again.

The team was very professional and addressed every question/concern. We had dedicated workers on site every day of the project, and their work ethic was amazing. 5 star reviews can be tough to give out in the construction trade but I cannot express how happy we are that we hired the United Constructors Team to build an outdoor pavilion for us. Cash’s team was top notch and professional from start to finish. I think one of the hardest things for construction firms nowadays is to find good talented workers but United has managed to do so. Within days of signing the contract, their team was at my house starting demo and showed up each and every day after that with a full crew. They ended up wrapping up 6 weeks ahead of contract allowing us to enjoy the new project this summer! Not only was it ahead of schedule, but the work quality was also incredible. Anytime there was a complication, they would come to me with it and have a solution already suggested so that we could quickly move on and get it done. They didn’t ask for more money when something minor came up either and worked together to come to an acceptable solution as well which is refreshing. My only disappointment was that I didn’t find them sooner so I could have used them on prior remodel projects that we recently completed. Overall, I highly recommend United Constructors for any job, big or small, that you want done right on your home. You won’t regret it!

I had nothing but the best experience working with UCI United constructors Inc. from the moment I was introduced to Cash, I felt like I was part of his family and he listened to all my concerns. And trust me my home was built in the early 40s and I was having major issues. They addressed foundation work in my hallway, waterlines and sewer lines, a new garage floor and lots of little task. One of which was to realign my front door that had a 1 inch gap in it and a lot of weatherstripping to keep the cold air out. At the end of each day everything was thoroughly cleaned up to the point you never even knew they were here . If I ever had any concerns or questions I could call or text the company, particularly Cash, and he would text back within the first couple of minutes. The different crews that came into my home to do their part of the project were courteous and respectful of me and my dog and my home. When they left today all of my issues and concerns were taken care of. I couldn’t have had a more nicer crew to do all the work that this old home needed. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that needs any sort of work that they offer

By far the best remodel ever!! We had our master bathroom remodeled. It turned out better than what I had imagined!! The cost and timeliness of completion was absolutely the best!! Cash and his crew were professional and most importantly they listened to our needs and concerns. They’re hard workers and it was evident on how they truly took pride in what they were doing. I would recommend them to every person I know who’s thinking of having work done in their house.

I worked with United Constructors on our kitchen remodel. Cash, the owner, was clear about his process and charges. We had some water damage during construction caused by a worker that neglected to check a hose fitting before leaving for the day. They fixed the issue and the damage. We are generally happy with our kitchen but I am not sure I would highly recommend them. They were ok just not great.
