Avoid dealing with United Services by Permaco. This company was hired to restore a house for which I am responsible following a fire. The quality of work was substandard and I have had to hire new subcontractors to repair the work performed by United Services, at a cost of over $7,500, so far. In addition, they misrepresented the amount that my insurance company allowed for materials. They-understating the materials allowance so that cheaper materials had to be purchased and they kept the difference. Their manner of billing was inaccurate, requiring hours of checking their bills against the actual work to correct their charges. United Services made a bad experience much more stressful by its poor workmanship and deceptive practices.
