    major remodel of a rather neglected prop in Auburn.
    Glenn, the gen contractor provided many good suggestions to bring the project around. remodels are full of surprises with not knowing what is to be found. Glenn's crew are seasoned individuals that have been at this for some time. a few loose end here and there but Glenn took care of them. had some very good sub contractors. took more time than expected but it is difficult to foresee changes and weather and inspections and manpower.
