I had a patio cover installed approximately 5 years ago. I had a pergola but after several years I had United Siding change to a patio cover which I was told no problem. But after it was installed it leaked so they went up on the roof put a big gob of sealant on but still leaked. After numerous calls and being treated horribly on the phone I gave up. Now the support beam that’s attaches to the house is pulling away from the house. Has many more multiple leaks. So tell me Jim are you going to fix it or be rude as usual when I contacted you?
