I definitely would not recommend United Solar LLC. I have had problems with service since October 2021. I got my panels installed in August of 2021. They determined that they miscalculated how many panels I needed and at their expense added 4 more panels. They also sent me $500 to cover my electric bills. This did not resolve my problem. One panel has not produced as much electricity as the other panels and it has been determined that the panel needs to be replaced. United Solar has been promising to get maintenance out here since May 2022. Here it is December 10, 2022 and still nothing. I was promised no more electric bills and I have had a bill every single month since August. My November bill is $208.09. My highest bill. I am no longer getting any responses from them when I send them an email. All they seem to care about is installing and do not care about the customers they already have. I even called the bank that took the loan. They got involved and they came to the same conclusion as me, all promise and no action.
