They sent a technician for a minimum of 3 hours to troubleshoot my alarm security system,
The guy spent one hour and 20 minutes and said
Your system is to old you need to upgrade it,
They charged me close to 600 dollars for basically leaving me the same with no solution.
I told them if you thought my system was to old and I needed to replace it why you did not tell me that since I sent the pics via email or when you arrived to my building?
They didn't even troubleshoot the pull up stations to try to find a possible short circuit.
I had to hire another company to come and try to find out the problem.
Even if I have to upgrade my system, they should off tell me that since the beginning and I would have use that money They charge me for the new system.
I won't definitely won't recommend them at all.
