The only reason for the 1 star is that I am required to give a rating between 1-5 stars.
Eric just did a cabinet install for us while working through Lowes. He did a horrible job and I wish I could post the pictures. I have the proof and lots of it too. He proceeded to cut a huge hole in the island cabinet eventhough he was told there would be no down draft. The island isn't level and will need to be redone in order to prevent the stone from cracking. The design of one side of the kitchen had poor measurements and Eric decided to install anyway to receive payment and leave. Now, one the main side of the kitchen he used a piece that was too small and produced a half inch difference in the fridge cabinet between the back of the cabinet and the front of the cabinet. So it's clearly not even close to square and you can tell it off just by eye.
Oh, and the guy does measurements poorly too. Clearly he measured from the side of the cabinet how far the plug was and proceeded to cut the hole. When he installed it probably wasn't fully in the cornor so the hole doesn't line up with the plugs. Thanks dude....thanks for destroying such beautiful cabinets.
He also left a complete mess. Cardboard on the floor, random drawers from the previous kitchen in the living room, metal sink thrown out on the deck and of course the old kitchen appliances piled up in the living room. Nice job!
I woudln't recommend this guy. In fact I would run....run as fast as you can away from him because he doesn't care about quality and will just botch your job. Clearly he is embarassed as he won't return phone calls.
