This company is definitely a scammer I put in a work request through my AHS insurance they was dispatched out for the work my water heater was leaking needed replacing so they put in the work order with AHS. On top of what they were getting from my insurance they tried upcharging me an extra $1700 out the pocket I was thinking this isn’t right can’t be I have the platinum insurance with AHS. So I told the company you guys can close that order because you ain’t getting $1700 they tried telling me I was gone pay that regardless because I need to bring it up to code which I did need to be brought up to code but come to find out through having another company dispatched out that it was mostly up to code and the extra piece or pieces we will may need was only an extra $65 out of pocket at best. Well when it came down to it AHS covered everything, no out of pocket cost. New water heater installed! So even if there was some kind of miscommunication or misunderstanding between AHS and service provider, that’s a VERY BIG LEAP! From trying to charge a $1700 out of pocket expense to $0 out of pocket by simply putting in another work order and having another random company come out. You do the math. At your own risk
