    Bathroom Remodel project

    The final result was just okay, 3 Star. I was told the project would be 7-10 days. It took 11 weeks. After well over a month of work, I met with them and they apologized and said the project would now be done in 4-6 days..again it was 11 weeks. At the end they also attempted to add in hundreds in extra charges. Such as, money for the contract agreed upon charges. Seems they have way too many jobs going on at the same time. The head person Charlene doesn’t know if she is coming or going and will say she will help design and will say she will show you all kinds of choices... Sadly that doesn’t happen. The vanity is cracked, the entry way is cracked, there are a few other flaws... so overall this was not a good experience.

    Arrived on time on Sat 7/7 and took measurements. They said they would send me a quote. Haven't heard back yet (I'm writing on Mon 7/9 @ 1230 PM).

    One in a hundred contractors. They replaced various rotten wood around the house. Put up several sections of gutter. Work on schedule, great communication, on budget I couldn’t asked for more.
