STAY AWAY! Their customer service would be bad if it actually existed. I’d give them zero stars if I could. I spent $30,000 for them to install my windows/doors And during that time they never met the timeframe they gave me, But I was understanding and never complained. Back in October of 2019, one of my windows was damaged by a rock so I reached out to Unity Windows, specifically a rep named Shamir, who told me he would have someone out to conduct a service call. Well, that never happened. Since then, I asked for someone to come out on numerous occasions, nothing. Most times, they won’t even answer a text or return a phone call. This week on Monday, I reached out to Shamir yet again who then told me he wasn’t In the office but would reach out to me the next day. Next day came and went and nothing. Actually I texted him Tuesday (4/29/2020) and he didn’t even bother to return a text.
Today(5/1/2020), I called their office in the hopes of speaking with a supervisor or manager. The receptionist advised that the manager wasn’t available, but would return my call. Surprise, surprise, she couldn’t manage to pick up the phone and do that either. Stay away from this company unless you love horrible customer service. Never again. -

I had the pleasure of selecting Unity Windows to replace windows and doors in my house in 2018 and this summer of 2019. I could not be more please with their prompt response after I emailed Ms. Cruz that I needed to replace some of my windows and doors to impact. No complaints with the person that came to measure them, in promptly receiving my estimate, with the installation and the final product. I have recommended them without reservation to anyone that needs impact windows/doors in their home. AF

HORRIFIC customer service. I received an email on August 4th stating that my order had been placed and there was a 6 to 8 week lead time. I checked in mid-September and found out that there was no record of an order. It is now October 20th and the issue has yet to be resolved. They cannot find the measurements that were taken prior to August. They sent someone to re-measure and lost that information. Calls and emails are ignored. Jessie (who I was told is a manager), Lourdes and Selena keep transferring my calls to each other but no one has offered a solution or an explanation. INEFFICIENT, UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL
