Universal Concrete put a patio in for us, and 6 weeks after they put it in, I discovered 3 holes in the concrete. Called them and they said they would come out and fix it, but so far they have not. I keep calling them, and they will not return my calls. Needless to say, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Universal concrete did some cool deck around our pool. We paid in cash and have been trying to get them to come back because the cool deck is all peeling off. I would never recommend them

Universal did nice work, BUT THEY KEPT COMING BACK WITH ADDED PRICES. THEY NEVER GAVE US A WRITTEN ESTIMATE THEN KEPT CHANGING THE AMOUNT OF CONCRETE USED. THEY DID ALL THE DIGGING AND FORMS SO THEY SHOULD KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE YARDS OF CONCRETE!

They are 4 months late in applying a docorative coating on my front porch. Porch is only 7x12 and I was told it was a two day job at max. They do not return call ( over a dozen calls ). They want a deposit to hold the quote and want all cash ( do you think they are reporting it). Absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with. I am going to do all I can to stop them from doing this to anyone else.
