Hai is basically a handy man pretended to have done several commercial projects. After sweet talking me into hiring him he is good for the first 2 weeks then all fall apart.
1. He put a 2x4 25 gauge metal studs for my frame. He said did not need a frame inspection and I believe him then after all drywall is done and after talking to the city directly my inspection failed!
2. He took payments and spend the money and he keeps asking for money to continue projects.
3. After giving him money he did not pay his workers so all of them did not return to work so project stopped for 1 month.
4. He did a lot of mistakes with all the measurements and I need to have another contractor to fixed all his mistakes.
5. My next door neighbor Milk Tea business he conned too. He got the payment for rough plumbing and worked on the project for 3 months causing enormous delay to the business owner.
4. My restaurant equipment got stolen and we assumed its an inside job.
5. More to come and I will post pictures of all the mistakes and redo we did.
