I am having the same experience as Linda and unchkd. I gave him half the amount of the bid and can't reach him or reach the business to find out if the job is ever going to get done. I might have to contact a lawyer also.

Wouldn’t even give him 1 star. Contracted with Josh last October. Finally started end of June. Worked about 2-3 weeks. Left my home only about 1/4 done, siding snd gutters off, he will not call me back
I am left with a mess and he has 1/2 of the total contract payment !!!!!
