We called for air conditioning repair Sunday afternoon. Universal heating & Air service was out first thing Monday morning and got our A/C up and running very quickly. Perry from Universal Heating & Air service was very professional and just plain a nice guy. Thank you for the great service

Had an AC company come assess my nonfunctional unit. They told me that I will need to replace the entire unit for 8 grand. I called Universal Heating & Air condition service and they came within 30 minutes and fixed my AC in 5 minutes time. Super nice guy too; saved me from being ripped off. Would definitely recommend. They came out when our air conditioner stopped working in the middle of 110° day in the summer. They showed up on time, knew what the issue was, and was able to fix it quickly. They did fantastic work and I've saved their contact info for if we have any further issues or need servicing

AC went out when it was 115 out. Universal Heating & Air condition service came out after another AC company failed to fix the problem 3 times. The technician had it up and going in 30 min. Fixed all the wiring issues the other company had created. He was very helpful and friendly. He answered my questions and explained things to me. After 2 weeks of living in a house 100+ degrees it was amazing to finally sleep in a home below 80. Defiantly will recommend to friends

Great response to my Father in laws broken AC. He's 89 and his house was over 90 degrees on a 100 degree day. They showed up on time and got the cold air blowing again and my father in law was blown away how professional the tech was. Thank you.

Worst company ever. Unethical unprofessional and highly uneducated in their industry they caused over $50,000 in Damages to my house as a once construction contractor I would never recommend this company. Beware

Universal Heating installed my Ac. unit from the ducts to the condenser unit by this i mean they installed everything new.
They suggested I should go with a five Ton unit so I went with their recommendations all the way.

The first problem I had after the installation was that 2 rooms of the house would not get enough cold air and the farthest room did not get any cold air at all.
Their answer to this problem was that usually the room that is the farthest from the condenser unit will not get enough cool air. So they suggested to install a mini split unit in those rooms for another 5K.

Second problem: when the temperature reaches 80 F or more the condenser starts blowing air and their is no way of shutting it off. The only way that we have been able to shut it off is by going to the breaker box and kill the power to an entire section of the house.
They have come to try to solve this issue , but till the day they havent been able to do anything about it. Due to this problem my SOCAL Edison bill has increased tremendously.
