    flooring replacement from water damage

    My 45 unit building that I live in originally contracted Universal Home Design to complete a renovation of the common areas and entire inside of the building. Because of such an amazing job they did, I had called and asked them to repair some flooring in the hallways of my unit due to water damage. They did such an amazing job color matching the existing flooring that I had everywhere else in my home as I did not want to have to replace the entire house when just a section of the hallways needed to be worked. They were honest with what options I had available to do this in the most cost effective way...and on top of it they finished the entire work in less than 2 days without removing my existing baseboards or putting quarter round next to them. They really do phenominal work...I recommend them to everyone!

    We were very pleased with the work done for us by Universal Home Design Inc.. We had large areas of walkways, stairs and decking in desperate need of repair and resurfacing. We found them to be extremely competitive, very professional and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely consider Universal Home Design Inc. for all our future projects.

    We initially hired Universal Home Design to remodel our kitchen. We took out a load bearing wall, changed the location of the sink and stove, replaced the flooring, added new cabinets, countertops, and sink. We then expanded the project to add recessed lighting through out the home, and painted the interior walls. We were so happy with the results we had them work on our back sun room as well. They leveled the floor, added new flooring, new windows, new sliding door, put up dry wall, and fixed some plumbing issues in the laundry room. We also decided to have them replace our roofing. Everything they did came on budget, was completed on time, and there were no surprises. They did a great job on our home, we will definitely be using them on future projects, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to make updates to their home.
