Bought home 1-27-23. Customer service is nil. Basic items like roof, gutters, door and land scape. Front yard was completed since March of 2023 THEN LANDSCAPERS CAME TO FIX MAJOR WATERLEAK THAT THEY CAUSED! We have contacted customer service with many calls, emails and service requests going on 19 months and have been told they would correct problem.
This past week got a phone call saying that they thought was okay and no further action would be done. This yard was pristine when we bought it and now they determined that is ok according to Universal standards which we have found they really don't have any. My next action is court.
